Why was there an Alien Link on this Site?

During my job with an international computer company I was taken in by some very subtle New Age indoctrination. I had no knowledge of the New Age and had received no warnings through church involvement. However, things went wrong on a course on which I was sent, and God used this to cause me to commence an in depth investigation of the New Age movement. Once the New Age foundation at work became clear, I refused to cooperate any further with a project my team was involved in and I was dismissed in May 1989.

In the course of my investigations, it became clear that there was frequent mention of extra-terrestrial experience within New Age literature, and the following highlighted sentence in the Book, Inside the New Age Nightmare, by Randall N. Baer, page 47, caused me to directly ask God whether there was anything in his Word on the subject:

"Healing Temple One (get ready for this) actually was supposed to come down from the intergalactic heavens - a super-spaceship landing on earth. …. This act of divine intervention was to bring salvation from a time of acute world turmoil, followed by the establishment of "planetary healing" and a New One-World Order, all to occur sometime before the year 2000. …. A solid 70% plus of the New Age subculture believe that spaceships will descend en masse from the skies at some point in the relatively near future."

The answer came immediately. However, the foundation had been laid over many years, almost since my conversion in October 1967, had involved a number of by-roads and sometimes brutal destruction of false beliefs. I will need to lay some of this foundation here.

The first thing that had to be under-mined was the dispensationalist system that I had been taught and the belief in a secret pre-tribulation rapture of the church. There is no pre-tribulation rapture. As long as there are believers on earth, the church is on earth, and there are believers right up to the last trumpet.

"Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" - I Corinthians 15:51-52

There will be believers on the earth right up to the last trumpet, the seventh trumpet in Revelation. The trumpets, then give the time-table for the last days, and if we are living in them, we should be able to see that they are being sounded. Initially, when I looked round, I saw less of an effect than I expected, so I developed a hypothesis that there was a dress rehearsal in heaven which was having ripple effects on earth. However, Chernobyl and the subsequent cover-up of its effects changed this view. I now know that four trumpets have sounded in heaven.

Many have the idea that there is a heaven (where God resides together with holy angels and the souls of the faithful departed), the physical universe including the earth, and hell, and I was no different. I had to learn that the Bible actually speaks of three heavens -

"I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven." - II Corinthians 12:2

It is this "third heaven", the highest heaven, which we popularly call "heaven". The first heaven is in our physical realm - the sky, from where our rain comes. It is the second heaven which is ignored. This second heaven is the "high [or heavenly, compare 1:3] places" Ephesians 6:12 including the marginal note making reference to a different translation of the same Greek word in Ephesians 1:3. Note that the Greek word for heaven is frequently in the plural, as is the Hebrew, but not always. This has significance. And this provides the key to the answer to my prayerful question.

The answer lies in Revelation 12.

In verses 3 and 4, we read of Satan's fall from the highest heaven, taking a third of the angles with him:

"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew down drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth …."

The stars here refer to the angels who followed Satan, compare Revelation 1:20:

"…. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches …."

Revelation 12:7ff refers to a different event, yet to occur at the time of writing. It takes place in the second heaven. Here, the Greek word is in the singular.

"And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accuseth them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea: for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time"

This is the event for which New Agers are looking, and for which the world is being prepared with all the emphasis in films and other media on extra-terrestrials, UFO's, life on other planets, etc. It is a future event because the brethren whom Satan accuses overcame him by the "blood of the Lamb" [therefore it must be post-crucifixion] and the "word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death" [therefore it must be subsequent to their lives and martyrdom].

I knew of no other person to whom God had revealed this, until I got onto the Internet last year and found "The Watcher". Those to whom I spoke of the subject in the intervening years generally did not accept the message.

When I created my own site, I felt that "The Watcher" site was well put together and would stimulate believers to "[search] the scriptures daily, whether these things [be] so" and so, I added the link. When I re-visited the site a year later and discovered the emphasis on Nostradamus, I was troubled and did consider removing the link, but felt it still had a purpose to serve. It was interesting to note that Nostradamus expects "The King of Terror" to descend from the skies in, or immediately after, July 1999 (As we now know, July 1999 passed without such an occurrence - PFM). Of course, even if Nostradamus had correctly predicted this event, that does not automatically mean that he would have been a true prophet sent from God. It could only mean that our faith is being tested.

"If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder come to pass whereof he spake unto thee, saying, let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul." - Deuteronomy 13:1-3

Further, the Old Testament prophet is no longer the way God speaks to his people:

"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son …." - Hebrews 1:1-2

And:

"For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John." - Matthew 11:13

The message needs to go out, for Christian's are not prepared. Great Tribulation is soon to come upon this earth, including Satan's appearance with his angels:

"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the power of heaven shall be shaken." - Luke 21:25-26

These are truly the last days. There is no "Puritan Hope" of a conversion of Israel followed by revival amongst the Gentile nations, followed by a final apostasy many decades or even centuries in the future. This is a false teaching based around the insertion of one word into a verse in Romans [I have actually heard this word inserted in church, and pointing this out was not well received].

"For if the casting away of them [that is, the Jews] be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?" - Romans 11:15

It is the real resurrection of believers unto life that is being referred to here, not an event as or like the resurrection, as some teach.

So, who are "the Greys"? One hypothesis is that they are the result of genetic engineering. Thousands of people have reported that they have been abducted by strange beings, and many women report that they have been fertilised and abducted again at a later date when the foetus had been removed. Is the reason that Greys look like overgrown human foetus' because that is what they are? - human foetus' extracted from the womb and then cultured to increase their size. These genetically engineered bodies are then inhabited by evil spirits. I do not know - but it is a possibility.

However, I do know that the war in heaven will take place and that the world will perceive the result as an extra-terrestrial invasion of the earth. Christians need to be prepared. Hence the Link.
